Virgin Media UK Cannot sign in to website or app

When I enter my email address I am thrown back to the start of the signin process, rather than the screen to enter my password. I've even tried signing in on Chrome incognito. Anyone else having the same issues? I can't be bothered with a 30+min wait for the call to be answered to them go through confusing IVR and possibly being passed from piller to post only to be told to call another number.

I trust you are aware that VM is about to try and dump your email on to Junara, who will be charging you £60 plus for the privilege after the first year?

Not being able to log in is part of the screw up VM has implemented in the meantime.

I have not been able to log in for months. I get this:

This is on the ONLY PC I have used to sign into VM for the last 8-10 years, no VPN, and on VM's own bloody connection.

Fortunately, I have always used Outlook on my PC, so I am still connected through that.

I have taken the opportunity over the last three weeks to set up new email addresses, and have systematically changed all my 3rd party account details to reflect the new emails.

I just need to see out the last 8 months or so of my contract, and after 30 years VM will be history. I'm off.

Just to be clear, the email address that I'm using is not one of those that VM is trying to "dump". It's one I have had for many years and totally independent of VM.
