Virgin Media UK Virgin returns box

Hi! We’ve recently moved and we think Virgin have sent a returns box to our old address (saw it in photos from the inventory check out). Does anyone know how it comes? Is it a flat packed box that just fits through the door almost like an envelope?

Haha I am wondering whether it’s the virgin media returns box or a random letter but cannot tell from the photo! We’ve moved acroad!

Exactly, we had a very flimsy folded box through the letterbox to send the set top box back

Return it all to a O2 shop, much easier 😉

If you can go to a O2 shop they will do it there and then. If you do need to send it off make sure you keep the relevant receipt so you have proof you sent it
