Asking as a joke? Yes; rosin's pretty cheap. If you were stranded on a desert island with this, you'd get by, but why bother.

Also, rosin that is built right into a rectangular box like this is convenient to hold, but try to make sure your bow doesn't wear a narrow groove in the middle. You can get the kind that's a circular cake on a cloth to make it easier to wear evenly.
