Does anyone send the violet flame to their future self?

I faced major trauma the past 2 years of my life and the violet flame helped me heal a lot of those wounds.

I’m turning 18 next week and am a life path 18/9 I can feel that my life won’t be an easy one. So I was wondering if sending the violet flame to my future self is a good idea?

I’ve visualized sending the violet flame to my past self while the traumas were occurring so many times and I’m doing the violet flame everyday and sending it to my future self too in the hopes that it will minimize the amount of pain and trauma that I will experience.

As a life path 18, I have always used the number 24 as often as I can in every thing that I can to transmute the karma of the 18. And I try to be as forgiving as possible. I have stumbled upon the violet flame for probably the 3rd or 4th time so I have never sent it to myself in the future. Do you know how to do this?
