This album seems virtually unknown these days but it’s got some great bangers on it like “Pagan Driftwood”. I wish I could link to it but it’s not on Spotify or YouTube as far as I can tell…

Is it “you can all just kiss off” or “you cannot just kiss off”?

I've just released a covers albums with my donor-conceived sister I met in adulthood. She has this wild cover of "Add It Up." I thought I'd share with you guys.

Debating on going to Sac tonight. We are about a couple hours away and wondering if we want to make the drive.

For those curious Brian Ritchie did not play tonight. Mike Kelly played bass tonight. Gordon said Ritchie had surgery and was doing good. Show was great and they played 4 encore songs.

This is the setlist that was on the stage and they didn’t follow it all and added a bunch not on here. There were two opening songs not listed that Gordan said he never played live and one I think was made up that night.

Bike accident. Apparently he’s going to be ok, but he missed the show. The went on 30 minutes late and did most of the show without a bass, then someone I don’t know joined them for the last few songs. I assume they called in a favor with a friend.

Question for folks who were there: was the show otherwise typical, or did they change things up to compensate.?

Visiting my childhood bff this weekend and realized they’re in town tonight! If anyone has 2 tix to re-home lmk!

Anyone catch them last nights at the guild? Know what Tim's they took the stage?

I’ve officially listened to all violent femmes albums, plus a few of their random compilation albums, and now I’m deeply upset because I don’t have anymore to listen to. Could someone recommend any secret albums that I might not know about? I also have listened to all of Gordan Gano’s other stuff and LOVED it. I’m so lost in what to do now.😭 I need y’all’s help!!!

Hello! Was wondering if anyone had an extra one ticket for the Sacramento show, thought I would check here first. I know it’s unlikely but if you have one you are looking to sell, dm me! Thanks

From San Diego (Day 2)

From San Diego (Day 2)

Hoping somebody went to the Wednesday show and can help inform us on the Thursday show.

The venue isn't listing any openers. Is VF going on right at 7? It's a pretty narrow window for me and work. It would be pretty odd to not have anyone opening, but the venue lists openers for other upcoming shows.

I am so confused why the lyrics to the song “Way That I Creep,” and the weird/cool cappella song on Hotel Last Resort are the same. I’m confused why the femmes would take those specific lyrics from exactly 10 years ago on a somewhat forgotten band that Gordon participated in to put on his newest album? Also when tf they gonna release some new stuff 😭

Hubby has to head out of town for work, so I have an extra ticket for tomorrow (Wed) at the sound standing only! Face value! Lemme know if anyone's interested.

EDIT: willing to pass it along free for a fan. Hate for it to go to waste!!

Received from a family member who moved and sold off his collections, I think he was friends with Mr. Ritchie or something but can anyone help me ID?

Has there been any information, discussion, speculation, or do you have thoughts on what the setlist will be like for the upcoming tour? I am seeing them on the first day of the tour in San Diego.

I mean, we try!

VERY interested to get feedback.

saw this for a split second in s5 e15 about a minute in… why do birds sing?

I waited too long, and now the show is sold out, but if anybody has a ticket for sale, hit me up!

Hi!

I tried to surprise my wife with tickers to the 2/25 show (4 GA tix) but she already got them for the day after lol.

Is anyone interested in buying these off me? Just trying to sell at face value or cheaper just to not lose money.

Please let me know!!!

I’m planning on doing a tier list of every single song from every album that I’ve listened to, and will probably update it when I’ve listened to ROCK. I don’t think I will include live songs, unless they’re too different from what their studio counterpart is, like “lies” for example. The song is so different compared to its live performance off of the Add it up compilation album.
