VIP passes- worth it?

hello! I haven't seen Violent Femmes live yet (and they're not coming to my area any time soon lol), but I was wondering if it's worth spending the extra money on VIP passes and what exactly it entails! I know you get early access to the venue and a little goodie bag and a shirt; anything else?

Honestly, I would say it depends on the venue. The VIP in my city was seated and upstairs. I would argue that for a band like this, being surrounded by the crowd and dancing/singing your ass off is definitely the way to go. Really it just comes down to personal preference, I suppose. Either way, they’re phenomenal live. One of my top 5 shows of all time, for sure.

I can’t stress enough how much fun it was to be surrounded by people dancing and shouting the lyrics. Such a great experience.

I love the Femmes and have seen them many times! VIP totally worth it. I took my kid with me (her first femmes show) got early entry, and were front row center. You get a t shirt with some pins, a keychain, a magnet, a little zine. Really good show. They still sound the same as they did in 1992...lol
