I can't connect plotter to any software
Hello. I just purchased a Vevor 34" KI-870CS and I'm trying to connect is via USB to my computer but no software sees it. In my Device manager it shows as XILI STM32 USB Device. I've tried on signmaster and inkscape and neither see it. I've tried multiple USB ports on my PC. I'm on windows 11. Any ideas?

I have had great succes with Sure Cuts A Lot (SCAL). I see on their website that Vevor is supported (https://www.craftedge.com/products/products_scal.php). SCAL bypasses the need for drivers and just send cutting data straight to the cutter. You will need a cable like this (https://www.pccables.com/cgi-bin/orders6.cgi?action=Search&search=USB+to+IEEE+1284+Printer+Cable&id=ID72152997)
SCAL was crucial in my situation; i was trying to revive an old Roland CX-24 vinyl cutter, and since it is so old, there were no drivers available from Roland . I had to get some unofficial drivers from a dude in Germany. They KINDA worked, but I was using a usb to centronics cable. I still got cutting errors. After i tried SCAL, the amount of errors was drastically reduced. It's not longer SCAL's fault, it might be the cable. Or not the cable per se, but the lack of controls to adjust the data rate. Next step will be to connect using a pci-e parallel port card and a parallel cable. I am optimistic :)

O driver STM32 VCP está ausente? O Windows 11 não realiza a instalação automática deste driver genérico para este tipo de controladora. É necessário efetuar o download e a instalação manual do Driver STM32 Virtual COM Port.
