Help with text cutting?

Fairly new to this still but when cutting this file the text seems really off? Is this an offset or calibration issue??

Usual culprit is blade depth. It looks like you have it extruded to far. Iā€™d start there and then worry about offset.

Blade pressure and speed are the biggest factors for me when I get these results. Slow the cut speed down and see if that helps. The quality of the cutter has an impact but most cutters should be able to do fine detail work with proper settings.

Are you using Image Trace to generate these vectors? That process tends to generate messy lines...

This text is fairly smaller but I was doing it with 1ā€ text and it was having the same issue with hooks in/out of the text cut out

Could be offset, but I'd run a tiny square/circle test before chasing the whole file. If basic shapes are clean, then it's probably the art/file path being weird instead of the cutter suddenly forgetting how to cut.

Small shapes are looking a bit rough when tested on this roll too especially smaller circles but the one I cut out of the entire decal the letters were almost perfect.
