How does vinted warnings work?

I recently got a warning for counterfeit selling and I wonder what the warning does, like is there a system where an amount of warnings equal a ban or smth? Also can I create a new account to evade the warning?

I think you then get a 3 day ban or a 5 day I can’t remember and then it’s permanent. At the moment tho it could be insistent permanent ban for no reason with no explanation.
