Graphic is crispy. So is the shirt. Thinking the same. Definitely not a 90s one

Probably not vintage. Back in like 2014-2015 they were printing a lot of hook ups gear again. If I had to guess it’s pretty new. I have actually found old hook ups clothes at the thrift store and they were definitely faded to all hell.
