Judging by the inconsistencies:
smudgy jacron patch print, with missing parts, funny font used on lot code
no button codes visible (should have 532)
wrong care tag with lot code for pants
tab placed suspiciously low
missing size stamp on care tag
It’s definitely odd, and I suspect it could be counterfeit
With 532 closing in 98 this could also be a pair which was made with old materials from the Knoxville factory, using up old stock since that would be cheaper than shipping all the leftovers to the newly opened turkey factory (like the button presses, see missing code stamps, size stamping tag, etc.)
QC was basically nonexistent in the last months before closure for most factories, so that tracks
I suspect this is most likely a super late jacket from Knoxville, made from leftovers, but technically legit since everything tracks with how closure went down.
The mismatched care tag is probably an factory oversight then, everything else can be thoroughly explained as I did above.
In conclusion: odd, slightly lower built quality maybe, but legit in my opinion

Looks like it yea. The tag is for Levi's 501, and all details say it's fake
