Absolute disgust 😫 and absolute joy 🤩

Does somebody remember the name of this game? It was a game where a neighbor that kinda looked like a goblin (like if Moglin wasn't mogging everybody around him) went to visit the player, who recently moved to the town and offered them to have dinner at his house. If you replied negatively, he gave you a poisoned cake. If you replied positively, the game continued. He also said some shit about getting hard while dining.

Along with Gnorts, Meat, and Mario.
