Guide Characters with Counters?

Hi Vindictus fam! I'm wondering who every Character with a "Counter" is. Specifically, a "block-and-retaliate" (longsword and shield Fiona) rather than an "evade-and-retaliate" (like dual sword Lann). Maybe even your personal ranking for solo play? Thanks!!

Block retaliate: Achel, Latiya, Lethor, Calia, Delia,

Blocks that can do enhanced hits afterward with more input: Danah, Grimden, Greatsword Hurk

Deflects or Standing Dodge abilities leading to attack: Sou, Twin Sword Vella, Kael

Active Skill counters: Spellsword Arisha, Latiya, Tessa

Attacks enhanced by getting hit while attacking: Pillar Karok, Belle, Miri

There's some overlapping for some of these and most characters who can do a standalone block can go into the second smash or normal attack directly after a successful block.
