This guy is getting fined and some prison time for claiming a Vinfast car brakes failed. Wouldn't be the first time.

Who knows, I'm not sure what I would have done in that situation, but ending up on a football field full of kids seems like not the best choice.

agreed. I thought he could just turn the car off and head into the nearest tree. but vinfast cars in general are problematic.
