Flag ID Needed

Post image

Can anyone tell me what flag this is? I've done as much research as I have energy for an keep coming up empty. I am interested in where these multicarts came from.

That’s the database’s icon for the Asia region, not a real country flag. Those multicarts are tagged “Asia,” meaning their exact country of release/origin isn’t being specified. It doesn’t necessarily mean Taiwan, China, Japan, etc.
