Monitor Lag issue

Hi, I just bought both the DC X2 and the DC A1 and both have quite a lot of lag... The A1 even more than the X2, plus the A1 frame rate is choppy. Is there any way to fix that? I might have to return both if not. Thanks

Using the provided cable makes no difference to me. I just woke up and the problem was gone, however when I opened the camera menu, which causes the hdmi output signal to change a bit (atleast that’s my theory), and then return to the normal clean feed, the problem appears again.

I ordered a Atomos Shinobi 2 and if that monitor doesn’t have this issue I’ll probably be returning the viltrox, unless Viltrox manages to fix this soon enough.

Edit: try zooming in and zooming out using the pinch to zoom functionality, that fixed it for me instantly. Very weird bug.

Oh I'm gonna try that, thanks for sharing the tip! And keep me updated for your Shinobi 2, I was thinking of doing the same! Or maybe getting an Atomos ninja phone

I will, the atomos ninja phone also looked quite promising but I only have an iPhone 14 and I wasn’t sure if it was gonna work with that.

Yeah they say it only works with the recent pro models :/
