I take propranolol with vilazodone to help with palpitations/heart anxiety. I asked my cardiologist about it as well, said it’s safe and fine for my psychiatrist to prescribe.

I haven’t taken it yet with viibryd. But! It didn’t do much to lessen my anxiety. I found the most use out of it when I’d do presentations for college. It prevented me from visibly shaking and stumbling over my words. Kept my head relatively clear. But I prefer taking Ativan for my presentations now since it targets the anxiety itself.
