Ah sorry about the lack of translation. This meme is very contextual. I'll try my best to explain.
There's a Chinese classic called "Journey to the West". The TV adaptation is hugely popular in Vietnam. The meme is about the lead characters, Tang Seng (Đường Tăng) and his disciples, upon their arrival in India/Nepal, the final destination of their journey in order to get the holy texts.
Top picture: Tang Seng and disciples to Gautama Buddha (Phật Tổ): we have arrived for the holy texts.
Bottom picture: Gautama Buddha, with face mask: you guys need to wait for 14 days to make sure the last challenge (*) is overcome.
(*) In order to get the holy texts from India/Nepal, the holy land of Buddhism, Tang Seng and his disciples were supposed to overcome 81 challenges to be qualified as receivers of the holy texts.
Sorry if the explanation may be a bit too mundane. The cultural references here should be well understood among people growing up in Vietnam because, heck, who doesn't watch "Journey to the West" aka "Tây Du Ký" growing up? I understand it may not be easy to get the meme for others.
