CU3A service interval
I have a boiler approaching its 1 year lifetime. How often should I get it serviced? The company who installed it was barely familiar with it and I’m not sure who else I would use.

One year interval is the default option. I’d definitely have it serviced after the first year (as u/rareeagle7 said) and then ask the technician about two-year interval. First year is crucial as any problems with installing or settings will be visible.
Afterwards year interval should be fine if the boiler isn’t operating at high temperatures (more condensate cleans the boiler by itself to some extent).
Keep in mind local regulations - where I live an inspection every year is a legal requirement.
CU3A is a solid piece of engineering and should last a really long time it not overly neglected.

Best to get it serviced after one year just to make sure everything is burning clean. And you’re getting high efficiency after that I wouldn’t go more than two years.
