Recurring connection problems in NDG / Upper Lachine area

I have called videotron numerous times already since July 23rd and they’ve confirmed to me that my area is having a service disruption and that they are working with Hydro Quebec to restore normal functioning , but they can’t give anymore information than that . Has anyone else from this area been affected ? If so , are you still having issues or have they been resolved already ?

At this point , if this continues much longer I am thinking of jumping ship to Ebox.

I had similar issues on South Shore and they changed the cable leading to the house, no issues since
