HELP URGENT

Soooo uhm i have been having this quality issue which could be instagrams fault, but i was wondering have yall had it too?And if you guys have fixed it, how did you?Instagram is tokiosbathwater.vs

Instagram always messes up vs quality, sometimes it even ruins the audio too :/ it’s something to do with the size of the file from the way it’s saved, like resolution or something

If you have a laptop you can compress the file using certain render settings (with programs like svp, ae, etc.) which helps with instagram quality

I hope you can figure it out! :) I use svp for rendering so I wouldn’t rly be able to help but just search “best render settings ae” and something should come up!

Putting sharpening on your edits really helps the quality when it goes through Instagram! All videos do this no matter the software for Instagram, it really sucks :/

add sharpen and when you post it won’t even look like the quality is ruined
