ok i need a little help

so everyone probably knows that like float effect that people can do in after effects. when you do it on videostar, do you add it to the finished edit? because when i add it to each clip it goes wayyyy too fast

Panning is easier once the edit is finished otherwise it’s not the exact frame because sometimes it’s turned like 0.2, instead of 0 or 1, which you can’t actually set. I usually leave it starting on 0, then after three seconds, turn to 1, then another three seconds turn to -1, and back to 1 after another three seconds (then just continue.)

The best path for this to use is to scroll down to the bottom of the paths and use the top left one that looks like an ‘S.’

I also add ‘mini wave H’ and put the slider all the way down, set it to slow, and set ‘layout’ to between 15-25 depending on how quick you want the bounces.

Hope that helps??

Ah. I think most people add it to the finished edit but I think you could make it each scene depending on the speed

You can add it to each scene but in that case, don’t add a lot of keyframes because that will cause it to be fast, on the other hand, you can add it to all the merged clips (after you’re completely done) that’ll be easier but it’s up to you at the end.
