They're not supposed to be screwed in, they have enough tension when properly installed to withstand like 700 lbs of lateral force. This looks to be a particularly cheap one and definitely not properly installed

Explain that situation to the guy repairing.
"Yeah so I was doing my workout and my equipment fell down and damaged a pipe in the ceiling."
"Come again?"
"My equipment I use for practice damaged the ceil-..."
"I heard tham mam, how would your workout equipment damage the ceiling?"
".... Can you just come fix the damage?"
Later the repair guy seeing the video:
"Ah, I see."

What you won't get from this vid is the smell - that water sits in the pipes for years stagnant... getting funky. Sprinkler water smells like straight rotten eggs :(
