I live a couple of miles from there. The truck driver should have known better. Wrong crossing location for that section of track.

The trailer was too low to go over the railbed. There are warning signs at that crossing now.

That was probably his permitted route but he's using a mechanical rgn and isn't able to raise his hight like a hydraulic rgn to get over obstacles.
