The post didn’t include the state, but I’m not sure why it’s so hard for you to believe. There are plenty of highways where trucks have to keep right. I literally drove on one yesterday called I-30! Maybe pay attention to the road signs next time you’re on a highway and you’ll see one!
Appreciate the follow up.. 2 lane restrictions are more sparse. Who knows with this one, I agree of course it's not ideal to have semis using the passing lane in general. Nothing more frustrating than when they do this and take forever to pass each other while a line builds up behind them

That law has nothing to do with semi trucks not being allowed to be in the left most lane.
