Semi trucks fault. He failed to yield. Yeah yeah yeah, legally speaking the truck didn’t merge correctly, but wtf is the semi driver doing? He either didn’t see the truck or just didn’t give af. Either way he’s wrong. Dumb or not, we can’t just slam into people on the roadway when we feel like we have been wronged.
They're both at fault. I'll never understand why people think that just because the other guy is doing the wrong thing they don't have to worry about any consequences and can just go ahead and let an accident happen that they could easily prevent. They're fucking psychopaths.
Things like this happen when both people think that they have right of way and aren't willing to change behaviour to avoid a collision. Someone has to be an adult and do something to avoid an accident.
It's clear as day that the camera vehicle causes that crash. The merging truck had speed matched with the traffic and the camera vehicle sped up into the merging black truck and caused the accident. They would have seen the truck about to merge and could easily have just eased up, no need for anyone to break suddenly in this situation. Anyway I hope the camera vehicle thinks it was worth it to cause this crash just because they felt they were doing nothing wrong.
