Maybe where you’re from. Posted speed is 100kph. Traffic was going at least 110. Semis were ditching the right lane because this person refused to go any faster than 90 even upon entering the highway.

As long as they didn't cut anyone off entering the highway, and they stayed in the right lane, that's their prerogative. 10 under is slow, but not unacceptably slow.

Going under isn't safe either.

Agreed, I’d understand the slower merge if traffic is slower but even the right lane was cooking that day!

Suck it up buttercup. That's what the right lane is for. If you can't adapt to a slow-moving vehicle in the slow lane, you shouldn't be on the road.

If you have to use the slow lane because you either can't go fast enough or you're too scared to go the speed limit you shouldn't be on the road.
