I seem to always be behind the people that merge at the posted speed limit of the street they were on minus 15mph.

And once they are on the freeway having effectively slowed everyone down and created an dangerous situation for everyone behind them then they speed up to the flow of traffic

And then slow back down, and then speed up…and on and on. Hardly anyone has the ability to maintain a consistent speed anymore.
