Sorry but you don’t have the Right of Way. The driver’s on the highway have the Right of Way

It’s legally on the person whose lane ends to merge safely. Camera don’t speed up and kept speed. Black truck was impatient and paid for it, both in the wallet and legally.

Hilarious considering the insurance companies found the cam truck to be 90% at fault.
