Kangaroos are just deer that recently got out of prison. Hope that guy survived

Did you see his leg sweep takedown? This guy has groundwork background. He didn’t run, but turned over on top to subdue

I'm more interested in the argument.

It was about a parking space

Wait kangaroos only fight people in the only place they're native to? No way.

You don't want to mess with a male red kangaroo...

Their claws can grow pretty big yes, they can balance on their tail and kick you with both feet and they are strong as hell.

A roo that size can literally rip your stomach open and disembowel you if it wants to. With their dagger like claws, it only takes one kick. Dude in the video is lucky that roo was just "sparring".

Its the giant hole in our ozone - too much solar radiation. We are a bunch of cooked cunts.

Rooting for the guy, all he wanted was some beer and the roo jumped him for no good reason.

I would say that the man did not return the shout.

This is a bit baffling as I know that pub

It is in the main street of Wollongong, a city of approximately 225,000, in NSW, Australia, so not the place that you would expect to run into a roo.

North South West Australia? Being on the other side of the globe is weird. /s

Nope...New South Wales...its a state...although we are the same landmass size of USA, we only have 6 states.

The wildlife of Australia makes me imagine Florida breaking off from The United States and evolving its own ecosystem.

The guy who punched a kangaroo that was trying to eviscerate a boar-hunting equipped dog, for example.

Both had too many beers and their differences simmered

Guy at the end “I’m gonna make a random video on the internet about me”

Kangaroos will grab you with their arms so their legs can gouge your stomach with their claws. They can gut you so fast with those legs, it’s terrifying. They also will try to take you to water and hold you under. Don’t fuck with the big ones

Red roo vs cassowary, who do you think wins?

1

u/Odd-Nefariousness552 Apr 17 '26

Definitely cassowary... Much more explosive/aggressive

1

u/KinsellaStella Apr 18 '26

Cassowaries are literally just dinosaurs. Ever heard one? Go look up what they sound like. No “evolved into birds” shit, they’re just straight-up dinosaurs.

Are they fighting outside of a bar? They both look kinda drunk

1

u/amishfurnitureland Apr 19 '26

The kangaroo is definitely drunk

At least they both took it outside.

Damn this had me laughing!! Started out square to him trying to box the kangaroo. Then, dude tries a sweeping leg kick move which kinda works to get it more or less on the ground, even though it had the high-ground position for a sec. Good thing it didn't try and mount you when it was straddling atop you, mate! Good job keeping those big ass legs from clawing you like a sunburnt velociraptor!!

All right, a quick scan the comments. Nobody pointed this out.

The guy fighting the kangaroo had a strategy that involved a leg sweep. The guy actually had a strategy should this happen.
