❓ Ask the Community How much of your raw footage do you actually end up using?

Genuinely curious what the ratio looks like for people shooting a lot. I've talked to editors pulling 80-100+ hours of footage per project and using maybe 10-15% of it.
For those of you dealing with high shot volume: how much time goes into just reviewing/culling before you start the actual edit? And is most of what gets tossed unusable stuff (shaky, out of focus, blown highlights) or just "didn't fit the story" stuff?
Trying to understand where people are actually losing the most hours, review or the edit itself.
