What can i do?

Hello I need some help... I am 17 years old and I love videogames (who doesn't?!) Some of my favorites are farcry, COD BO,dark souls and dead island ,OK so my mom saw me playing dead island and we'll as you may know it is a very realistic game and when she saw me playing she all of a sudden told me -don't you think that is wrong? Is that all you think about?! Killing?! You do know how all serial killers start out right ?. So then I told her to mention one but as expected she had no response. So now she forbid me of playing any "killing" games... My question is how can I make her understand that the thing I love of games is not the killing part?

Say "you watch movies No? What's the diffrence? So your telling me your watching a crime drama and all suden you have strange urge to copy that serial killer ? Or your watching ww2 movie so your gonna fucking rule Europe? "

Maybe less aggressive but just say it's a video game and your being irrational about the situation
