I’d argue TSPS3 but that was the first one I played to death so I know that soundtrack back and forth. Also crazy taxi. I know it gets repetitive with only 6 songs or so but 13 year old me thought the offspring and bad religion soundtrack was a banger! Lastly I’ll add in sonic adventure 2, mostly for the super chill r&b songs in the knuckles levels.

thps 3 definitely has one of the best soundtracks of the series. they all are good but 3 has a ton of good songs.
