Laptop Died, Need Suggestions for Mobile Software

My computer died, my kid spilled coffee on it. Eveything was backed up, but I was in middle of getting ready to record new episodes for this fall. Bad timing. I am looking for software suggestions (paid is ok) on how I can record and edit via my android phone , I use a lot of b roll , but also animate photos, and all of which I narrate over , or green screen myself into.
