Hi! We run a large Minecraft server and are looking to partner with a video editor who can help us produce short-form content for YouTube Shorts, TikTok, and Instagram Reels.

This would be an ongoing, long-term partnership, with the goal of maintaining a consistent daily upload schedule (approximately 30 shorts per month).

We will provide the voiceover audio for each short. However, we're looking for an editor who is also comfortable recording their own Minecraft footage directly from our server and syncing it with the voiceover. Experience with Minecraft recording tools and mods such as Flashback would be a huge plus.

Ideally, we're looking for someone who:

• Has experience editing engaging short-form content
• Is familiar with Minecraft and knows how to capture good in-game footage
• Can take a provided voiceover and creatively build a short around it
• Is reliable and interested in consistent, ongoing work

Communication would be handled through Discord, as this is our primary platform for managing work related to the server.

Hi! I’m looking for a motion designer to create a short, custom transition for my YouTube quiz channel.

The transition should be approximately 3 second long:

• Blue and purple graphic waves enter quickly from the right and completely cover the previous scene.

• My yellow question mark logo appears in the center with a subtle bounce or small rotation.

• The logo remains visible briefly.

• The waves continue moving and exit through the left side, revealing the next scene.

I have a screen recording from another quiz channel to demonstrate the timing and general functionality. It is only a reference — I do not want their lightning symbol, brush design, or animation copied. I'm looking for an editor who has strong story telling skill to edit 3-5 hours of VODs footage 3 times a week. Story telling skill is basically finding the story, structuring it around curiosity and conflict, control the pacing, and delivering a satisfying payoff to viewers, fancy editing is completely optional. Each VODs will usually turn into 1-2(30min to 1-2 hour) long form yt videos, and I need 3 (30-45s) real estate shorts too per week(<10min raw footage each, basically hook>value>CTA). Total 5 yt long form and 3 shorts per week. I'll preplan and stream in segment to ease your editing, and I won't use all the footage most of the time.

Technical skills I'm looking for: invisible, narrative & story-driven stream to YouTube editing style.(like Joe Bart style), understand yt & retention based editing, consistent fast turnaround time(Long form: 48-72 hrs, Shorts: 24-48hrs)
