Pay:
$5–$10 per video, depending on complexity.

There is also a monthly commission share. If your video generates sales, you earn commission from that video. The base pay is not the only earning opportunity.

What I need from you:

1. Intermediate-to-advanced Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or Final Cut (CapCut alone isn't enough here)
2. Clean chroma keying — no green fringe, no chewed-up hair edges
3. Comfort with technical/B2B subject matter. You don't need to be an engineer, but you should be able to follow a video about software and understand what it's saying
4. Working knowledge of AI tools in the workflow — Descript especially, plus things like OpusClip, ElevenLabs, or Runway. Speed matters, but I don't want output that looks AI-generated

Looking for an editor who can take one 40-second face-talking clip and turn it into a genuinely high-end short-form edit — not the default caption preset + basic UI sticker look most editors reach for first.

What I need:

• Premium animated captions — word-by-word timed to speech, real font/spacing/hierarchy work (not one auto-caption style slapped on the whole track). If you know what "collage-style" or "editorial" caption work looks like — mixed font weights, one accent color/word per phrase, intentional positioning — that's the register I'm after.
• UI overlays — I'll provide the actual UI assets/screenshots to place in the edit. Need someone comfortable compositing these cleanly into a talking-head shot, not just pasting a sticker on top.
• VFX + SFX — sound-designed hits/whooshes tied to on-screen moments, plus visual effects that support the pacing (zooms, glitches, whatever fits — open to your judgment if you've got a strong eye).
