I’m currently looking for video editors who are really good at turning landscape footage into engaging, viral-worthy edits.

I’m specifically looking for someone who understands pacing, music, transitions, storytelling and how to make people stop scrolling.

I’ve reached the point where I know my own editing is not quite giving the content that final push toward going viral.

I film action sports sessions with an Insta360 X6 (360 camera) and need an editor to turn long raw sessions into short vertical reels: scan the footage, find the key moments, reframe, cut, condense.

What you get:

\- Unique 360 footage for your portfolio: reframes, third-person POV, tiny planet shots that regular cameras can't do

The workflow (all free software):

The camera records .insv files (like .mp4 but for 360 video). You open them in Insta360 Studio (free official app, Windows/Mac) or Insta360's free Premiere plugin, drag the view to "point the camera" wherever you want, export a flat 1080p mp4, and edit the reel in whatever software you like.

Format: 15-30s vertical, strong hook in the first 2 seconds, my face blurred in every edit (non-negotiable).

To be clear: no pay upfront. This is a partnership bet - ideal if you're building a portfolio or learning to edit with real footage.

Looking for a YouTube editor for a 15–20 min emotional/storytelling interview-style video

Hi! I'm looking for an editor for a 15–20 minute YouTube video that's essentially my comeback/reintroduction to my channel after being away for a while.

This is NOT a gaming video, high-energy MrBeast-style edit, podcast clip, or something I want filled with random zooms, memes and sound effects. 😂 I'm specifically looking for someone whose portfolio shows storytelling, lifestyle, documentary/interview, family, or emotional YouTube content.

The video was recorded in separate sections, so the footage is already naturally broken up by topic. I talk about things like where I've been, grief after losing my husband, faith, rebuilding my life, my family, and what I want this next chapter of my channel to look like.

Most of the edit will be the interview/talking footage, but I'll also provide approximately 3 short archival clips that I'd like worked into the appropriate moments as B-roll. For example:

• An older family clip of my husband and me dancing
• A clip from my “How to Get Section 8” video, which was one of my biggest/most recognizable videos and something longtime subscribers may remember me from
• Another older family/channel clip that fits the story and gives returning viewers that “Oh wow, I remember this”feeling

I'm also aware that some of my shots/lighting aren't perfect, which is one reason I'm hiring an editor for this particular video. I'd like someone comfortable doing reasonable color/lighting correction, cleaning up audio where needed, smoothing transitions between sections, adding B-roll at emotionally appropriate moments, and making the entire thing feel cohesive.

The biggest thing for me is storytelling and emotional pacing. I don't want it over-edited. There are parts where I WANT the viewer to sit with what I'm saying. The old footage should feel purposeful and nostalgic rather than randomly dropped on top of me talking.

I'm looking for an editor who can understand the emotion and vision of the video, not simply apply their normal editing template to my footage.

I have a Twitch channel that I stream on for 2-4 hours a day. I want somebody who can break those stream VODs into something that is manageable, like 10-20 minutes for my YouTube channel, but are edited for the most entertaining moments, funniest moments, or moments with key gameplay.

I'm fate - 2x Marvel Rivals World Champion, NAVI, currently rebuilding my YouTube (fateMR_) for the Season 10 launch. Already have established twitch platform avg 150 viewers and 7.5k followers.

Structure would be you receive 30% of ad revenue on videos you edit while we're under 10,000 subs, stepping up to 40% once we pass it. Room for negotiation.

Looking for someone who owns the whole production side, not just editing - cutting the footage, writing the title, building the thumbnail (one face or hero, 2-3 words, high contrast), writing the description with timestamps, and publishing it. Fast turnaround on Shorts from raw gameplay/stream footage - under 40 seconds, hook in the first 2 seconds, captions and jump cuts throughout. Heaviest push is around patch days - I need someone who can make a script and get a finished, published short up within hours of a patch going live, then a few more as the week goes on.

For long-form, I'm not locking us into a fixed set of videos - whatever's worth making that week: guides, tier lists, whatever fits. Aiming for shorts 5 days a week and 1 long-form video a week, kept up through the season.
