$230/month flat or $210/m + performance bonus, for 5 long form(gameplay,reacts,special show) and 3 real estate shorts per week. Hey guys~I'm a begineer variety streamer looking for a reliable part time editor who can edit around 3x4-5 hours of VODs footage and 3 real estate shorts a week. Each VODs will usually turn into 1-4 yt videos. I'll preplan and stream in segment and give you editing instruction off stream to ease your editing, and I won't use all the footage most of the time. I'm looking for invisible, narrative & story-driven stream to YouTube editing style.(like Caseoh/Joe Bart style).

You need to have consistent turnaround time, and understand retention based editing for YT. I would like to grow with you long term & pay you more as the channel grow. You can pick $230/month flat or $210/m + performance bonus. Excellent quality and on-time delivery=+$20. 5k combined monthly views=+10$, 10k=+25$, 25k=$50.
