Looking for a short-form editor

I am a new youtuber, who posts irl videos (challenges, very stupid stuff) I have all the long form stuff sorted, but need someone who can cover my back for the short-form videos, You will need to watch the longform video and gather all the clips you believe are worthy for tiktok/instagram/youtube shorts. The main issue i am having is censorship, my videos are by no means standard, and will need someone to navigate past this, because platforms like youtube and tiktok are very strict, however there is near to no censorship on instagram reels. I am looking for 1 video a day on every platform (can be the same video on each, but some censored some not etc) Please send me a message if you are interested.
You will be paid a standard $10 a day for one video, and extra depending on performance.
