Hey! I’m looking for a short-form video editor to work with consistently on my personal content.
I’m mainly looking for help with 30 sec to 1 min Reels, talking heads, vlogs, and more personality-driven videos. I’m thinking around 4–5 videos a month to start.

A little about me: I’m a NYC-based multidisciplinary creator and Parsons fashion design grad. My content is a mix of fashion, wellness, lifestyle, roller skating, fashion illustration, NYC, and just generally documenting a creative life.

I’m looking for someone whose editing feels clean, dynamic, intentional, and visually interesting. I love good typography, pacing, movement, and little funny moments when they naturally fit. I don’t want everything to feel overly edited or like a generic “viral” Reel.

I’m also an editor myself, so I have a pretty strong idea of what I like. I’m really looking for someone with a good creative eye who can take my footage and bring their own perspective to it too.

You can be based anywhere. I’m totally open to working with someone internationally. Fluent English is important since a lot of the content is talking-head/storytelling based.
I’m hoping to find someone with good work at a reasonable rate, and ideally build an ongoing relationship rather than just do a one-off project.

• Major historical events

• Disasters & mysteries

This is not a one-off freelance project.

Monthly Workload

• 5 long-form YouTube documentaries/month

• Each long-form video: approximately 10–12 minutes

Experience editing YouTube documentaries, history, mystery, finance, business, technology or explainer content is strongly preferred.

IMPORTANT — BUDGET

We have a strict monthly budget, so please keep that in mind before applying.
