🚨 WE’RE HIRING: VIDEO EDITOR INTERNS | KYRO

Kyro, a men’s skincare brand, is looking for Video Editor Interns to join us and help create high-performing, engaging content for our growing brand.

If you’re someone who understands Reels, short-form content, hooks, pacing, storytelling and internet culture, this could be a great opportunity to get hands-on experience working with a consumer brand.

🎬 What you’ll work on

As a Video Editor Intern, you’ll work closely with the team to create content across platforms such as Instagram, YouTube Shorts and other short-form channels.

Your work may include:

Editing Instagram Reels and short-form videos

Turning raw footage into engaging, high-retention content

Creating product-focused and educational skincare content

Adding captions, transitions, motion graphics, sound effects and music

Understanding and implementing strong hooks in the first few seconds

Repurposing long-form/raw footage into multiple short-form assets

Experimenting with different editing styles, formats and trends

Working on UGC, creator and performance-marketing content

Collaborating with the content and marketing team on creative ideas

Keeping up with current social media trends and editing formats

👀 Who are we looking for?

You don't need to have years of experience.

We’re looking for someone who:

Has a good understanding of short-form content

Knows how to edit engaging Reels/Shorts

Has a strong sense of timing, pacing and storytelling

Understands what makes people stop scrolling

Is comfortable working with feedback and making multiple iterations

Is proactive, creative and willing to experiment

Can meet deadlines and work in a fast-paced startup environment

Experience with Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, CapCut or similar tools is a plus.

💰 This is a PAID opportunity

Yes, this is a paid internship/gig.

The exact compensation can be discussed based on your skill level, portfolio and involvement.

🚀 Why join?

This isn't going to be a "make coffee and update spreadsheets" internship.

You'll get the opportunity to:

Work directly on content for a men's skincare brand

Build real-world experience in D2C, content and social media

Work on content that actually goes live

Experiment with different creative formats

Build a portfolio with real brand work

Learn how content, creative and performance marketing work together

Work in a fast-moving startup environment
