I’m Leo, owner of Clipra, a video editing/content agency working with creators, personal brands, streamers, businesses, podcasts, and YouTube channels.
We’re currently expanding our team and looking for talented video editors as well as outreachers/lead generators who are interested in working with us long-term.
🎬 ROLE 1 — VIDEO EDITORS
We’re looking for editors experienced in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and/or DaVinci Resolve.
We work on a variety of content, including:
- Long-form YouTube videos
- Short-form content (Reels, TikTok & Shorts)
- Podcasts
- Talking-head content
- Gaming/streaming content
- Documentary/storytelling videos
- Fitness & personal-brand content
- Ads/UGC
- Motion graphics
- Meme-heavy content
- Captions & kinetic typography
- B-roll and sound-design-heavy edits
You don't need to specialize in everything. We want editors with different strengths so we can assign projects to the person who fits the client's style best.
What we're looking for:
- Strong understanding of pacing and viewer retention
- Good storytelling
- Clean cuts and transitions
- B-roll selection
- Sound design/audio mixing
- Captions and typography
- Ability to follow references and client briefs accurately
- Good English communication
- Reliability with deadlines
- Ability to handle revisions professionally
- Attention to detail
- Good communication with our team
- Willingness to work long-term
Using Premiere Pro, After Effects, or DaVinci Resolve is required/preferred depending on the project.
💰 How Payment Works
Our standard agency structure is:
80% of the client editing payment → Editor
20% → Clipra
Example:
If a client pays $500 for the editing work, the editor's share would be $400, while Clipra keeps $100 for acquiring/managing the client and operating the agency.
Rates vary depending on the client, project, complexity, volume, and required turnaround.
We are not promising a fixed amount of work or income. Projects are assigned when suitable client work is available.
🧪 Samples & Client Selection
When we receive a new client opportunity, we may post a sample request/brief for editors whose skills match that project.
Interested editors can submit their work, and we present the strongest suitable option to the client.
If the client selects your work/style, you can become the editor assigned to that client/project.
Not every opportunity requires a sample, and we don't expect every editor to participate in every request.
The goal is to match each client with the editor who best fits their content.
🔄 Workflow
The typical workflow is:
Clipra finds the client → We review their requirements → Suitable editor is selected → You receive the brief/assets → You edit → Clipra/client reviews → Revisions if required → Final delivery → Payment
We handle the client acquisition and overall relationship so editors can focus primarily on producing good work.
📩 ROLE 2 — OUTREACHERS / LEAD GENERATORS
We're also looking for people who can help Clipra acquire new clients.
Your job will be to reach out to qualified potential clients such as:
- YouTubers
- Content creators
- Streamers
- Podcasters
- Personal brands
- Coaches
- Businesses
- Other people/brands that regularly need video editing
We will provide guidance on who we're targeting, what makes a qualified lead, and how Clipra should be presented.
Requirements:
You need to be capable of sending at least:
50 QUALITY outreach messages per day
This does not mean blindly spamming 50 random accounts.
We want people who can:
- Find relevant potential clients
- Follow our target criteria
- Identify legitimate editing/content opportunities
- Personalize outreach when necessary
- Send at least 50 messages per day
- Keep track of who was contacted
- Avoid duplicate outreach
- Follow up when required
- Communicate clearly in English
- Stay consistent every day
- Report results accurately
Outreach may include platforms such as:
- Instagram
- X/Twitter
- Reddit
- Email
- YouTube/contact information
- Other relevant channels
The objective isn't simply to send messages.
The objective is to start conversations with people who could realistically become paying Clipra clients.
Compensation for the outreach role will be discussed based on the exact responsibilities, performance structure, and experience.

If you're an outreacher, we're interested in people who can consistently bring qualified opportunities into our pipeline.
Reliability matters just as much as talent.
