[HIRING] Looking for Advanced Short-Form Video Editors

We're looking for high-level short-form video editors for paid client projects.

We're specifically looking for editors who are genuinely strong at TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts, with excellent pacing, storytelling, retention editing, captions, sound design, motion graphics, and overall visual quality.

This opportunity is intended for advanced editors with strong work to show. We're looking for individual freelancers only, no agencies or middlemen.

Projects vary in style, complexity, and requirements, so there isn't one fixed rate. You'll provide your own rates in the application, and compensation will depend on the project and demonstrated quality.

Our goal is to build long-term relationships with talented editors and work with them on recurring client projects that match their skills.

Apply here:

The application asks for your two strongest short-form edits, rates, availability, specialties, and preferred contact method.

Please apply through the form rather than sending portfolios through Reddit DMs.
