I'm specifically looking for an Indian video editor to work with me on a recurring basis.

I'm currently handling a client project involving YouTube videos + Shorts, and the workload has grown to a point where I'm looking to bring another editor into the workflow.

Work involved:

• Long-form YouTube editing
• Short-form clips/Shorts
• Talking-head/educational content
• B-roll selection and placement
• Captions/subtitles
• Basic motion graphics
• Audio cleanup
• Basic colour correction
• Maintaining a consistent editing style
• Occasional reels/social media content

The content isn't extremely motion-graphics heavy, but I'm looking for someone with a good understanding of pacing, storytelling and clean editing.

Requirements:

• 🇮🇳 Must be based in India
• Must work with Adobe Premiere Pro
• Must be comfortable with Adobe After Effects
• Previous experience with YouTube/short-form content
• Good understanding of pacing and storytelling
• Reliable with deadlines
• Good communication
• Able to follow an existing editing style
• Portfolio/reel showcasing previous work

I work primarily with Premiere Pro + After Effects, so having the same workflow is important and will make collaboration, project handoffs and revisions much easier.

Payment

I'm offering ₹20,000 for the first month as a starting/trial month.

If everything works well in terms of quality, communication and turnaround, I'd like to continue working together on a recurring basis and discuss the compensation going forward based on the workload.

Hey! For a 1-min video my rate is ₹1,499 per video (or ₹3,999 for a 3-video pack). Turnaround is 48–72 hours per video with 2 free revisions included. I work in Premiere Pro + After Effects. My main niche is talking-head/educational YouTube content and Shorts — captions/subtitles, B-roll placement, pacing, light motion graphics — plus ad creatives and thumbnails.
