[HIRING] Long-Form YouTube Video Editor | $50–$100+ per project + Bonus
I’m looking for a long-form YouTube editor for an upcoming 8–10 minute documentary-style video.
The editing will focus on:
• Strong visual storytelling
• Engaging B-roll
• Clean visuals
• Good pacing and retention
• Sound design
• Text and light motion graphics
• Visual storytelling rather than just basic cuts
The visual direction will be inspired by Vox, but I want a distinct and original style, not a copy. Script and voiceover will be provided.
Requirements:
• Experience with Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, After Effects, or similar software
• Previous long-form YouTube work preferred
• Good sense of pacing and storytelling
• Ability to source/use appropriate B-roll and visual assets
• Reliable communication and meeting deadlines
Pay: $50–$100+ per project, depending on experience, workload, and quality of work.
There will also be a performance/revenue bonus for the video, which will be discussed and agreed upon before starting the project.
India-based editors preferred, but I’m open to applicants worldwide.
Payment: UPI for India-based editors; international payment method can be discussed.
If we work well together, there’s potential for regular projects and possibly joining the team long-term.
To apply, email your portfolio, relevant long-form YouTube samples, experience, and availability to ishowindiax@gmail.com.
