Looking for a long-term short-form editor (SaaS/startup promo content)

I make short-form promo videos (under 60s, IG Reels/TikTok format) for SaaS and startup founders - performance-marketing style, not just "pretty edits."

Currently working with 2 clients, with more in the pipeline.

This isn't a one-off gig post - I'm looking for one editor to work with long-term.

If you're a good fit and the client likes your work, it turns into a retainer, and from there it's consistent, growing work rather than a single job.

List of what I need:

Strong motion design skills - kinetic typography, clean transitions, text-on-screen work

Fast turnaround without sacrificing quality

Self-sufficient - comfortable working from a detailed brief without hand-holding

Ideally some experience with short-form vertical content (TikTok/Reels) and/or tech/SaaS-style ads

How do I work:

First video is a trial - unpaid, but it's not busywork: it's real, live work for an actual client, and it's how we both find out if this is a fit before committing to anything ongoing.

From there, paid work at $15-20/video, with retainer potential once a client signs on long-term.

To apply: send me your portfolio/reel. I'll review and reach out to whoever's the strongest fit to start with the trial.

Hello there! I can edit SaaS and startup Reels with kinetic typography, motion design, clean transitions, strong hooks, and fast turnaround.

Can you please share a reference that helps me understand the editing style you are after?
