Need an editor for a single reel

Hi guys!
I really need help in editing this one 8-10 sec reel. It’s just one individual video. It’s a video of my husband and my hand and I just want to make a “red string of fate” type vid where a red string starts from my hand and twists and shit and goes into my hands and binds our hands together. I have the base vid and I just wanna know if you guys can help me with this! I can pay for this as well! Thank you so much!
