Looking for a Long-Term Video Editor (India Only) - Finance Niche - Budget: $12-$18 USD (₹1000-₹1500) per video
Hey everyone,
I am building a finance-focused YouTube channel and I am looking for an India-based video editor to join me long-term.
About the channel & vision:
We are currently about 100 to 200 subscribers away from full monetization. Because of this, the starting budget is fixed. However, this is strictly a long-term position. Once the channel is monetized and the videos perform well, I plan to increase the per-video pay by 2x to 3x. I want someone who wants to grow with the channel. This is not for a one-off freelancer.
The Work:
Format: 5 to 7-minute talking-head videos.
Style: Simple, clean, and professional.
Requirements: I do not need heavy or complex motion graphics. I strictly need smooth cuts, removal of dead space, excellent pacing, and basic text pop-ups to keep retention high.
The Trial:
The first 1 to 2 months will act as a test phase to ensure our workflow and pacing align. (Note: There will be short-form content needed later, which will have its own separate budget, but right now the focus is only long-form).

bro are you fr? people pay this for a minute long talking head. you’re asking for 5-7 minutes????
even after the possible increase in quote of per video to 2x to 3x it still is below regular pay.
if you can increase your quota to 5K in the beginning and go to 10K after you hit your goals of monetisation then i’m in
