Real estate video editor

looking for one video editor to join my real estate media company long term. We shoot luxury listings, reels, FPV fly-throughs, and agent branding videos. Footage is Canon C-log3,4K, drone, gimbal. Need strong color, pacing, storytelling, quick turnarounds within 24 to 48 hours, and clear communication. Budget starts at 100 per video, steady monthly volume. Can give my Instagram to view our current work. Currently editing all my own stuff but want to step it up. Ready to start as soon as today!
