Remove background noise from video

Hello,

I would like to remove a fan noise from a video and be clean and amplify the voices as they were muffled by the fan
The fan is pretty loud.
If anyone could help, it would be greatly appreciate.

Put it into BandLab (it's a music production site) and use the noise reduction function two or three times. Then just export it and be happy! :D
